The band is back in full force with an all-new album, produced by NIT (Sébastien Tellier, Cola Boyy). And the tone is set right from the first single, Easy — a burst of energy blending danceable rhythms, electrifying garage guitars, and a bassline that will get both punks and club kids moving. All of it is carried by raw, untamed vocals that remind us of a simple truth: “when it’s too easy, it’s no fun.”
Mixed by Ash Workman (Metronomy, Baxter Dury), the track announces an album with a sharp, punchy sound — a true showcase of the band’s talent for turning rock anthems into dancefloor-ready hits.
For the visual universe, Casablanca Drivers went big, teaming up with a French legend: Alexandre Courtes. An essential artist and director, Alex Courtes first made his mark designing album covers for icons of the French Touch such as Cassius, Daft Punk, and Air, before imagining Daft Punk’s legendary helmets. Since his first music video for Cassius in 1999, he has collaborated with some of the biggest names — Phoenix, Kylie Minogue, Sébastien Tellier, Jamiroquai, Franz Ferdinand, Justice, Kasabian, and The White Stripes.
With a razor-sharp sound, contagious energy, and bold artistic direction, Casablanca Drivers deliver a comeback that’s as explosive as it is danceable.
