After 11 years, from Transmusicales to opening for OSEES across Europe, the trio is evolving its sound with Megalostrata, a more urban album where electronic instruments take center stage without abandoning the band’s DNA: repetitive rock with disco-punk influences, somewhere between the spirit of the Hacienda and the energy of CBGB.
Drum machines, samples and modular synthesizers blend with guitar, bass and drums to create a sound that is more organic, tense and alive than ever.
“Megalostrata” is out this Friday on Le Cèpe Records.
